Refund Policy
NovaDataHub sells prepaid digital API plans. This policy explains refunds, access periods, and digital delivery for online payments.
Digital API access
Our products are delivered digitally. Once your account is created and payment is confirmed, your selected plan and API keys are activated in your dashboard. We do not ship physical goods.
Prepaid plan access
Paid plans are prepaid for the monthly or yearly access period selected at checkout. We do not provide automatic renewal. When your paid period ends, access may expire unless you purchase another plan period or extend access from your account.
Refund eligibility
- If you were charged in error or billed twice, contact us within 14 days and we will review the charge.
- If a paid plan cannot be activated because of a platform issue on our side, we will either restore access or issue an appropriate refund.
- Refunds are generally not provided for consumed API usage, unused monthly quota, or accounts suspended for abusive or unlawful use.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the applicable payment processor. Bank and card processing times vary by payment method and financial institution.
